Every month, our Director of Recognition will choose a theme that corresponds to issues and causes that NRHH believes in. There will be either an art contest or a writing contest that coincides with the theme and winners will receive a prize. Everyone in the Rutgers community is encouraged to participate. More information provided for each month.

This month’s theme is Adoption Awareness Month!
Art Contest: Make a piece of artwork celebrating National Adoption Awareness Month as an oppurtunity to rasie awareness about adoption of children in foster care. Submit a photo of your artwork to runrhhrecognition@gmail.com. 3 winners will be awarded a $10 Amazon gift card.
OTM Contest: Write an OTM for a serving person in the Rutgers community or for an amazing person.

Art Contest: Make a piece of artwork celebrating national bullying prevention month to raise awareness about inclusion and to stand against bullying. Please submit a photo of your artwork to runrhhrecognition@gmail.com. 3 winners will be chosen and each rewarded a $10 Amazon gift card!
OTM contest: write an OTM for a deserving person in the Rutgers community or for an amazing program. Please refer to the OTM tab for additional information on how to write and submit an OTM. 3 OTM winners will be chosen and each rewarded a $10 Amazon gift card.

September is National Recovery Month where we recognize those who are currently or have successfully recovered. This month will be an art contest where participants have the opportunity to help people understand mental health and substance abuse. Please submit a picture of their artwork to the Director of Recognition runrhhrecognition@gmail.com by October 1 @ 11:59 pm. Three winners will be chosen and each rewarded a $10 Amazon gift card. This contest is open to all Rutgers students; you do not have to be part of NRHH to participate. We can’t wait to see what y’all come up with.
